Dr. Li, as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, leads tricision’sresearch and technology development. He brings two decades of experience advancing biomedical development across oncology and infectious disease.

• Dr. Li was a professor of Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). His research focus covers functional genomics, drug screening and discovery, tumor immunology and microevolution, high-throughput/high-content drug evaluation technology development, genome editing, and Messenger RNA (mRNA) technology.

• He has served as Chief Scientist for the National Major Infectious Disease Program under the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology

• Participated in the 2003 CAS and National Emergency Special Project: "Anti-SARS-CoV Drug Development“

• Previously served at the Key Laboratory of Precision Medicine, Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS)

• Nearly 20 years of industrial drug development experience: 16 years at WuXiAppTec (WUXI/HDB); 7 years at BGI (Beijing Genomics Institute)
