tricision is distinguished by its high-caliber, stable, and professional team of technical and management talent. The Company operates through three core technology platforms—"One Body" (nucleic acid technology) and "Two Wings" (Cell Delivery Platform (CDP) and Nanodelivery Platform (NP))—which together form a unique, integrated R&D, production, and commercialization system. This architecture supports a robust messenger RNA (mRNA) key technology and common technology platform, along with production processes and quality standards that enable exceptional innovation and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) translation capabilities. These capabilities are rapidly applied to core pipeline products while also offering platform advantages for Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services across the nucleic acid drug value chain.

tricision's breakthroughs are anchored in its core foundational technologies, triVAC and C2, which respectively address mRNA sequence modification and nanodelivery. These technologies have successfully broken through global patent barriers, establishing a comprehensive independent intellectual property (IP) portfolio with multiple domestic and international patent filings. This positions tricision to "overtake on the curve" in the mRNA space, rapidly emerging as a globally competitive mRNA innovator.

With the January 2023 approval of its Phase I Clinical Trial (CT) for the tri-1215 glioma therapeutic vaccine—China's first mRNA-Dendritic Cell (mRNA-DC) cancer vaccine to receive clinical trial permission—tricision's mRNA technology platform has transitioned from strategic planning to execution, transforming blueprints into tangible results. The mRNA-DC platform has now established a pipeline across multiple refractory cancers, including pancreatic cancer, triple-negative breast cancer, and osteosarcoma. Beyond oncology, tricision has also built a pipeline for infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and genetic diseases, as well as novel adjuvant technologies.

Looking ahead, tricision will continue to align with international scientific frontiers, national strategic priorities, and public health needs. The Company will leverage the policy advantages and fiscal benefits of its National High-Tech Enterprise status to accelerate innovation, expedite technology translation, and enhance core competitiveness, contributing to the advancement of China's innovative biopharmaceutical industry.
